RTA buses return to Public Square

If you have wondered what is happening around Public Square the last few days, you will notice that the City and RTA are preparing to open Superior Ave. to bus-only traffic beginning Monday, as was the original intention of the design of Public Square. During this initial opening, you will notice temporary interventions in place, including a newly defined crosswalk. Over time we anticipate that these temporary interventions will be replaced with more permanent and aesthetically cohesive elements. We encourage you to become familiar with new traffic patterns and the crosswalk. We are excited to welcome you to Public Square for lunch at Rebol, special events, programs and activities in the coming months.
