Developed by Stark Enterprises, nuCLEus promises to serve as a catalyst for development and prosperity in the Downtown Cleveland core, with 230,000 SF of office space, 125,000 SF of ground level retail and restaurants, approximately 500 residential units, 2,100 structured parking spaces, intersecting laneways and a luxury hotel. The two million square-foot mixed-use project will be constructed in the heart of the city at the intersection of East Fourth, Prospect Avenue and Huron Road.
